Peter Williamson
|
|
Peter is an accredited family law specialist having a vast knowledge of and workings in the areas of family law, conveyancing, property, criminal law and general legal work. Peter appears regularly in the Family Court in Sydney and Wollongong as well as Local and District Courts in the Illawarra. Peter is accredited as a child representative to appear on behalf of children in the Family Court in addition to being appointed as a conference chairperson with the Legal Aid Commission of New South Wales involved in the mediation of family law disputes. Peter is one of a small panel of solicitors engaged by the Legal Aid Commission in Wollongong to conduct criminal trials on behalf of Legal Aid clients.

Anne Mowbray |
|
Anne graduated from University of New South Wales in 1980 having completed a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws. She was admitted as a Solicitor in June 1981 and became a partner at Verekers Wollongong in July 2000. She became an Accredited Specialist in Family Law in 1999. Anne practices in a wide range of legal services including Family Law, Children’s Court Care Proceedings, Litigation Compensation, Probate, Family Provisions Act Claims and Conveyancing. Anne has been appointed as an Independent Children’s Lawyer and is a member of the Care and Protection Panel for Children’s Court. She has had an association with the University of Wollongong for 25 years as a lecturer, tutor in Family Law and teacher in the Professional Legal Training Unit. She became an Honorary Senior Fellow of the University of Wollongong in 2005. Anne has also completed training as a collaborative lawyer.

Vic Cuoco
Vic primarily practices in the area of Business Law and Property Law providing advice to a broad range of corporate and business clients. Vic is focused on the business sector and understands the common transactions and challenges that his clients face; this allows Vic to provide exceptional advice. Vic has developed a meaningful long term relationship with his clients and delivers an unparalleled level of service. Vic has over fifteen years experience in property transactions. He has familiarity in a large range of business acquisitions, sales and provides advice to local developers in developing their properties. Vic also retains an Economics and Marketing degree, which allows him to provide proficient business advice and guidance in taxation matters. He is also proud of his Italian heritage and is able to communicate in Italian to many of his clients. Vic is available through our Wollongong Albion Park and Shellharbour offices.
